Complaints Replacements Returns

If you are not satisfied with something, contact us within 2 days of delivery (we are dealing with a highly perishable item):

  • From your account click on "Order history and details", click on the order number and at the bottom of the page you can send us a message

You have the right to the following options:

  • Return and replacement (the new delivery is free)
  • Return and refund
  • Even if the packaging has been removed, damaged or thrown away it does not matter: it is sufficient that the gift that was delivered is returned when we deliver the replacement.
  • If the delivery was made by a Courier:
    • take photos of the packaging (even if it has been opened/cut)
    • take photos of the product
    • we will take care of the collection and a new shipment.
