Complaints Replacements Returns
If you are not satisfied with something, contact us within 2 days of delivery (we are dealing with a highly perishable item):

- From your account click on "Order history and details", click on the order number and at the bottom of the page you can send us a message

You have the right to the following options:
- Return and replacement (the new delivery is free)
- Return and refund
- Even if the packaging has been removed, damaged or thrown away it does not matter: it is sufficient that the gift that was delivered is returned when we deliver the replacement.
- If the delivery was made by a Courier:
- take photos of the packaging (even if it has been opened/cut)
- take photos of the product
- we will take care of the collection and a new shipment.
