Indoor Plant Care

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The plant is a living being.

The following factors are related to each other, and when one varies the others also vary.

LIGHT Lots of light, not direct sunlight
WATER

When to water

(3 possibilities)

A - (recommended) Insert the appropriate hygrometer instrument for 3/4 of the height of the soil.
B - Insert a wooden toothpick (for example kitchen skewers) into the soil up to the base of the vase for 3-6 hours: if it is dry when removed, water the plant.
C - Feel the soil with your fingers well below the surface to see if it is dry: between one watering and the next the soil must dry well

How to water

(2 possibilities)

A - (recommended) In a container with water, immerse the plant pot for 1/5 of its height for 5 minutes

B - Depending on the type of plant, pour water on the soil in the following quantity:

- Succulent Plants: 1/20 of the volume of the cultivation pot

- Other plants: 1/10 of the volume of the cultivation pot

TEMPERATURE It must not fall below 15°
FERTILIZER Always follow the instructions written on the fertilizer package
CLEANING

Cleaning the leaves

(2 possibilities)

A - Leaf polish (must be sprayed at a distance of at least 30 cm. to avoid "freezing" the leaves)
B - Wipe the leaves one by one with a damp cloth
DISEASES

Depending on of the type of parasite

(2 possibilities)

A - Plants (example Mushrooms): treat with fungicide fungicide: always follow the instructions written on the product.
B - Animals (Mites, Scale Insects, Spiders, Aphids, etc.): treat with insecticide: always follow the instructions written on the product.
